This is a pretty standard snack for me, and I realize, not all that revolutionary as far as smoothies go. But my secret ingredient is cashew cream. If I happen to have some made up, I like using cashew cream instead of straight-up cashews because it makes the smoothie really creamy. Like, milkshake creamy. Yum.
Single Serving | Vegan, Gluten-Free

1/2 to 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
1/4 cup cashew cream
4-6 strawberries, rinsed and stems cut off
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1 small fistful of spinach
2-4 ice cubes
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender, pour into a glass, and sip away!
NOTE: If you don’t have any cashew cream on hand and don’t have time to make any, you can substitute it for 1/4 cup of raw cashews or almonds—it’ll still be delicious!
