I end up sipping on this juice at least a few times a week as part of an afternoon snack—it’s one of my favorites. The ginger adds a little zing to the sweetness of the carrots, and the lemon tarts it up just a hint. This is a really good one for satisfying a sugar craving—it’ll knock that bothersomeness right outta there.

Ready in: 5 min
1/2 lemon, peel sliced off
1/2-inch piece of ginger
Directions: Send it all through a juicer, and you’re good to go!
TIP: Sandwich the piece of ginger between the other bigger pieces of produce when you load everything in the juicer shoot so it doesn’t end up bouncing around in there by itself.
