A couple of these things may look very familiar, and for good reason. I’m tossing some chopped tomatoes with a dill dressing recipe I posted recently, and pairing it with the baked potato chips I posted a couple of days ago in this easy, small bite-ish meal.
Simple, yet delicious.
Tomatoes with Dill Dressing
Single Serving | Vegan, Gluten-Free
Ready in: 45 min (or just a few minutes if you already have dill dressing prepared.)
1 large tomato
1/4 cup dill dressing
Directions: Chop tomatoes, toss with dill dressing, and serve.
